What a brutally honest physique rating actually is

Most feedback on your physique is worthless — not because people are stupid, but because they're being polite. Gym friends round up. Family says you look great. Strangers online either gas you up or tear you down for sport. None of it tells you the one thing you actually need: where do I really stand, and what's holding me back?

A brutally honest physique rating strips the flattery out. It's an assessment that credits what's genuinely good and names what isn't — directly, without softening it into something useless. That's the entire point of CALLOUT: a consistent, unbothered read of the photo in front of it, delivered blunt.

How CALLOUT rates your physique

Upload a photo. An AI vision model reads visible muscle development and returns a single letter grade, plus a breakdown for each muscle group it can see and a rough visual body-fat estimate. It's the same grading scale a lot of the internet already uses to rank anything — S at the top, E at the bottom.

What you get from one scan

Why honest beats nice

You can't fix what nobody will tell you. Every month you spend believing you're further along than you are is a month aimed at the wrong muscle. A rating that flatters you feels good for ten seconds and costs you real progress. A rating that calls you out stings for ten seconds and hands you a plan.

CALLOUT is blunt in both directions — it won't manufacture criticism to seem tough, and it won't invent praise to seem kind. If something is genuinely good, it says so. If it's lagging, it says that too.

What it can't do

CALLOUT reads one photo. It is not a DEXA scan, a body-composition measurement, or medical advice, and it can't detect training history, substances, or health status. Lighting, pose, pump, and camera angle all move the result — treat it as directional feedback, then go train. Under-18, explicit, multi-person, and unreadable photos are refused, not graded. 18+ only.

Questions

Is the physique rating actually brutal?
Yes. CALLOUT is built to be direct, not kind. It credits genuine strengths but names weak points plainly instead of softening them. It isn't designed to make you feel good — it's designed to tell you where you actually stand.
Is it free?
Your first scan is free — one angle, fully graded, no card required. A full multi-angle audit is a one-time £5.99.
How accurate is the rating?
CALLOUT uses an AI vision model to estimate visible muscle development from your photo. It's directional feedback based on one image — not a DEXA scan, a body-composition measurement, or medical advice. Lighting, pose, and photo quality change the result.
Do I need to be 18?
Yes. CALLOUT is 18+ only. Scans refuse when the subject isn't clearly an adult.
